Slowly away, raced towards rear on the inside, 2 wide on turn, angled out early in straight, bumped approaching 300M, finished off very strongly to score.

Slow into stride. Bumped with CHATEAU LE PECHE near the 300 Metres. Sent for sampling post-race.

Shifted out on jumping, raced in 2nd, a length back in the middle stages, challenged the leader 500M, took the lead after passing 300M, peaked and headed 125M, ran on evenly to the line. (See Racing Incidents.)

Whilst the Stewards were satisfied that the riding of B Avdulla, 2nd placegetter, over the concluding stages did not affect the horse’s finishing position, he was nonetheless reminded of his obligation to ensure that he fully rides his mounts out to the finish of the race. Sent for sampling post-race.

Out in line, raced 2 wide towards rear, 3 wide from 700M, 4 lengths back turning in, bumped approaching 300M, finished off well to take a place.

Approaching the 300 Metres was inconvenienced when bumped by JOYFUL PROSPERITY which shifted out to obtain clear running.

Jumped with them, sent forward to take the lead, led by a length, challenged by rival from 500M, peaked and headed 300M, kept on evenly, missed 3rd on line.

Slow to begin and then was inconvenienced by FRUITY WARRIOR which shifted out on jumping. When over-racing in the early stages was obliged to race three wide and without cover for the majority of the race.

After the race, K Teetan could offer no excuse for the disappointing performance of the horse as it failed to respond to his riding in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
